DreamSpark Capital is the acquisitions arm of DreamSpark Holdings LLC. This page explains what information is collected through dreamsparkcapital.com and through email sent from it, how it is used, and how to stop receiving that email.
To stop receiving email from me: reply to any message with the word STOP, or write to joe@dreamsparkcapital.com. Your address is removed permanently and you will not receive a follow-up. No reason or explanation is needed.

Why you may have received email from me
I acquire established businesses and contact owners directly about whether they would consider selling, now or years from now. Business contact information is sourced from public and commercial business records: company websites, industry directories, trade association listings, state business registrations, licensing records, press coverage, and commercial business-data providers.
Email is sent to business addresses about a business matter. It is not bulk consumer marketing, and no list is purchased for resale, shared, or sold to anyone.
What is collected
- Information you send me. If you email or call, I keep what you tell me, including anything about your company, for as long as we are in contact.
- Business contact details. Name, title, company, business email, business phone, and publicly reported company information, from the sources described above.
- Basic site logs. The hosting provider records standard server and request data for security and reliability. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
How it is used
Only to evaluate a possible acquisition and to communicate with you about it. Information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
It is disclosed only where necessary to pursue a transaction you and I are actually discussing, and then only to my own advisors, lenders, or counsel under an obligation of confidentiality, or where required by law.
Confidentiality
Conversations about a possible sale are treated as confidential. I do not disclose that we have spoken, and I will sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed information changes hands.
Your choices
- Stop the email. Use the STOP reply or the unsubscribe address above.
- See, correct, or delete what I hold. Write to joe@dreamsparkcapital.com and I will handle it personally.
- State privacy rights. If a state law such as the CCPA gives you additional rights over your information, the same address is how to exercise them. Personal information is not sold or shared as those laws define it.
Security and retention
Information is kept on access-controlled, password-protected systems, and only for as long as there is a live reason to keep it. If a conversation goes nowhere, the correspondence is retained for ordinary business records and nothing further is done with it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date at the top.
